Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) is a federally funded program operated by Mo P&A , a not-for-profit legal service organization designated as the Protection and Advocacy System for Missouri. The WIPA Program provides information and referral, problem solving and advocacy, benefits analysis and advertisement, benefit support (work) planning, and benefits management for beneficiaries of Social Security.
