Tracie is one of four Certified Specialists in the Kazdin Method™ Parent Management Training out of Yale University. She worked at the prestigious Yale University Parenting Center and Child Conduct Clinic with Dr. Alan Kazdin from 2006-2013 as a CBT Therapist, Certified PMT Specialist, and as a Behavioral Consultant. While at the Center, she helped devise and implement the current parent and professional online PMT training and the Certification in PMT for professionals. Tracie is the founder and Executive Director at the Parent Management Training Institute where she continues certifying professionals and training parents from around the world in PMT.
