Caroline S. Cooper is a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) in mental health with a master’s in theology. She has presented at the following conferences: Real Voices, Real Choices; Mental Health KC; Missouri Behavioral Health Council; and the Missouri DMH Spring Training Institute. As a writer, Caroline uses her experience and CPS training to write on mental health topics. Her published books include In This Corner, a workbook on trauma, mental illness, and recovery, and The Everyday Wellness Workbook, a Christian approach to developing a wellness plan. Caroline has had articles published in Guideposts compilations and on the Focus on the Family website.
Caroline also hosts a podcast/YouTube program called Mental Health and Faith: A Closer Look. Some episodes include teaching topics and others involve interviews with guests having a wide range of experiences. You can find out more about Caroline and her ministry at www.ingodscorner.org.
