Pat Mobley graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2010. Since July 2013 he has worked as the Lead Attorney for Legal Advocacy for Adults with Mental Illness, a program of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, which is supported by a grant from the St. Louis Mental Health Board. In his role, Pat partners with local agencies providing direct services to adults with mental illness and works with staff and clients to design innovative legal strategies that will improve mental health outcomes. He provides civil legal representation for adults with mental illness in a broad range of areas.
